Blues for Baby

Another color I’ve got stuck in my brain are blues with warm accents of orange, yellow, pink or maybe even lime or red. I think teal blues look really great with dark woods. Although I’m being mindful to avoid the classic chocolate and aqua blue combo that is everywhere. The blue color I have in mind is actually more of a teal blue, or maybe an old schoolhouse sea foam green/blue color that doesn’t look like a hospital. Think schoolhouse charm and not mental institution. I’ve been inspired by these rooms in the Apartment Therapy 09 Color Contest.
I like the play of color off blue shades in these nurseries….
