went to st. louis this weekend had to do some cleaning of both my grandmothers and pa’s things…here is what came home with me: old pictures, bird cage, 20 embroidered peices of fabric, old military buttons, vintage christmas ornaments, some Koren war porn:), mirror, prayer book from WW1, wedding band, 200 catholic prayer cards, vintage aviator sun glasses, and the list goes on. I feel in love with the catholic prayer cards. A good but emotional weekend. I love being surronded by things that have a emotional connection. Think about that before you throw away something just because it is old.
